Is teaming with a hacker ban-able?

I always wondered if there was a punishment for players that did this. Thanks for your help

Teaming with a hacker is not punishable for the main reasons, the player might not know the other user is hacking and the user who is teaming with the hacker does not have the clients installed. It if frowned upon by others players in the community but it is not punishable.
