Normally rank transfers are not possible, but there are a few exceptions to the rule. You can always try to e-mail [email protected] and see what they can do for you.

The admins hardly transfer ranks. However, you can always give it a try and email [email protected]. Be sure that you give a good reason why you want it and try to proof that you are the owner of both accounts.
