Internet Problems

The past few days my internet has been really slow. I normally get 25mpbs download speed, but now I'm getting 0.5mpbs: http://gyazo.com/1f9c13452f4d750dbfc98aa7f719c657
My internet has also been timing out a lot. Whenever I try to play a game my internet crashes within a few minutes. I've tried restarting my router, but that doesn't help. Anyone know any solutions?

I'd recommend contacting them and they should be able to help.

Yeah, you should get in contact with your provider, another cause may be that you're being dDossed.
