"Internal Server Error" Bug

When I go onto the server au1.mcsg.in, I always get this error saying "Disconnected from server: Internal Server Error". I know this happened in 1.2 when you died and clicked "Quit" from the death menu, then joined later. When you hit "Respawn" you would be disconnected, but then you could re-join an keep on playing. But now when ever I try to log in, I never get the chance to go to the 'Death Menu': I just get disconnected straight away... :/

This is a word of forewarning to make sure you respawn before you leave, and also a plead for help so I can play on ALL of my favourite MCSG servers...

First Think To do There Is Add MCSG to Server List again.
Than Try To Check Your Firewall settings
Do you Have any Security Programs Like Mcfee Norton
If you Have Try To Close Them Or Go To the settings of Security Program
GO to firewall and Try to Find Programs And Files
Than Check Minecraft off Because It Always Tries to check Minecrafts connection and If it finds A small error it gives The Error
But If You don't have a Security Program GO TO Windows Firewall setting
Find Programs
THen Check Off Minecraft from both of lines Restart Minecraft
All Didn't work
