I don't know if it's already been suggested, but I'm just thinking of ideas. Hope you like it.
You should have an organised /list command, in the sense that it shows ranks from importance e.g. Regular, Donor etc.
You should also have a /friend command, which would work in conjunction with this new /list command, so in the list, you can see your friends and be able to message them and things.
