Im a nub at league of legends, help!!!!

I recently started playing League Of legends and i really need help, when i play other players seem to kill me much faster then i kill them and the result to that is that i never win anything so if your willing to help just ask me in the comments down bellow what i need

Play DoTA 2 instead ;3
Although DoTA is even harder than League, so it might not be such a good place to start...
