Icarus Lagging my game

Hey mcgamer lately when I play the Icarus map I get down to about 4 or 2 fps and each time that happends people keep killing me it has nothing to do with my internet because I make sure my internet is working for me to play mcsg and I am using optifine can you guys please fix this

Icarus is laggy. Turn your settings down as much as you can to improve your Fps.
