I need your help!

I am currently on my phone because my wifi stopped working. It looks like im connected to my wifi but its not. The lights on my modem are orange and some are blinking. It says im not connected to wifi.
How can I fix this and why is this happening?

Hey there!

Have you tried unplugging your router/modem? If not, unplug it and let it sit for about five or so minutes and then plug it back in and then see if that does the trick.

Sometimes, routers/modems just like to poop out on you every now and then and they just need a "reset" to get back into working condition.

Let me know if that works or not. I can try to trouble shoot some more if that doesn't fix the issue.
