Hello!

I bought a stats reset token and an optifine cape a few days back. It didn't came so I emailed that I have still not received the stuff and showed them the proof. Mcsg replied that ,"According to our records, there is no record of that transaction in the history of the account in question." and that "Thank you for providing that information. Chad will use this in our search through the community's logs in order to find the transaction in question. Once we have made any developments, we will contact you immediately." and same is the problem with my optifine cape transaction. I used a prepaid 100$ RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) Gift Card to purchase them. Note:: Nowadays I live in Saudi Arabia . The money has been cut from my RBC Gift Card , but the items have not come. I used my own email [email protected] and my username :: Galiethus but my login email is [email protected] In between the transaction I also Changed my email and my password and my skin?

Can you please help me find the problem, is it with the RBC Gift Card or the changing of the email?
PS. The email of the account was not required and yes I did type them both correctly but for the email part I typed in [email protected] instead of [email protected] , but I don't think it matters.

As stated in the E-mail you've received they are already working on finding a solution to your problem. As they currently have no record of your purchase they won't be able to find out ( yet ) where the problem lies. Just be patience and they'll get back to you eventually.

Thanks for the help but I want to figure out what is causing the problem, because I want to fix the optifine cape purchase as well.

Well yeah, and that's exactly what they are doing at the moment, figuring out the what causes the problem. Once they know what causes it, they'll E-mail you back.
