Hello! Recently I used a public account on my pc, this account its perm-baned from MCSG and I can't re-apply for Mod because of this, This account isn't mine! I can prove it, what should I do?

So what you're saying is that you used a PUBLIC account on YOUR computer. The PUBLIC account was permanently banned from MCSG, and now YOU cannot apply?
Well, first of all, contact Senior Moderators or Administrators and give them your proof that the account is not yours and that it is not you who got banned. They can probably walk you through after that.

As Mooclan said, you should contact a member of the Senior Staff, preferably on TeamSpeak, and try to explain the situation to them. If you can prove that the account wasn't you who got the accounts banned, than you might be able to find a solution with them.
