I've bought Platinum Donor a while ago. It was fine. I played with my rank just like 4-5 days. and the 6th day it dissappeared. I wrote "/stats" and there, it was saying Regular!

If you encounter any issue regarding an in game rank or donor, you will have to send an e-mail to [email protected] and thoroughly explain the situation. Make sure that you include your in game name, your forum account name and the receipt (evidence) of you buying the rank. Notice that it can take a few days to get a response, but they will be able to help you out.
