i got banned on ts3 for no reason at all

I just got banned from ts3 for no reason at all,me and my friends were playing, i called a mod because two people were annoying us, like screaming and cursing, so i called a mod and then they talked, while they talked i went to another channel with my friends, and then i when i came back i heard him say i was cursing at him when i was sure i was not , then the mod banned me for no reason at all
