I got banned for doing NOTHING wrong

I was just playing some survival games and my internet was very slow so i was lagging a lot, then i lost connection. When i tried to log back in a message apeared saying i was banned for 3 days because of "Detected use of illegal client modification. - Fight: Regeneration (Type A)"...

Happened to me except I've had it for one hour, and now I have it for 6 minutes. Here's some tips: Do not hit people in battlegrounds while the map is changing, and do not hit people as soon as you die in sg in spectator mode. It sucks man. Dispute it.
