I did not get all of my platinum perks :(

I got platinum about 2-3 days ago, and I did not get all the perks that it said I should get.
It says that I should get 25000 mcgamer credits and I only have 15500(and i haven't used any since I got platinum.
It says I get 5 stat reset tokens and i only have 2(and I haven't used any)
May you please get this fixed.
