I can't understand why.. please explain this to me

As the title say, i REALLY can't understand why the hackers/cheaters will be banned just for a few days, imho they deserve a permanent ban. they know what they are doing and are shameless... it's absurd :\

Why give a second chance? Why??

I reported 40 hacker more or less and i ALWAYS re-seen one of them in a match, and obviously they're still hacking...

Hackers are not permanently banned on their first offence because the system isn't always perfect in identifying hackers. We also strongly believe in second chances, and permanently banning hackers doesn't give them an opportunity to change their ways. Question answered, thread locked.
