First of all, I'm moving this to General Support, since that is the section this is supposed to be in.
Regarding your donor. You should contact [email protected] and they will give you further instruction on what you should do. Make sure to add all the in-game names of the accounts involved and your receipt. A $5 Administration Fee is also required for this rank transfer.
