How to get 4 connection bars constantly?

In US servers I get like mostly 3 connection bars. There are times (but very less), I will get 4 connection bars. Since I am able to obtain 4 connection bars, I believe that should be a way for me to always obtain 4 connection bars. My fishing rod and sword also can hit better during the less times when I have 4 bars. Is there any way? Thanks.

No, I have lived in the US for my whole life, I go to Singapore like once a year to visit xP
edit: about your question, idk if it is possible to always have a 4-bar if you live that far away. I live about 4x closer to the server than you and I usually get a 4-bar, but I guess anything is possible with good internet...

There is nothing you can do about it than eitherway get an better internet connection or move closer to the host.
