How to change language in Google Chrome?

Yo, I got a question about Google Chrome.
I restarted my computer and I re-installed Google Chrome. In all the years I used Google Chrome, it used English. Now that I installed it again, it is using Greek. When I try to go to Settings > Language > Change Language, it says this.

Translation:
English > It is not possible to show Google Chrome in this language. It is not possible to use this Language for orthography check.

Sooo, what do I do to change the main language to English?

I was pretty much born in Greece, but the Greek translation of everything is just so annoying as everything is so long (insert thats what she said meme here pls)
