How to Build a Glass Dome for a MCSG map?

I've been trying and I just can't build a glass dome!

I need it to have a 250 block radius (About the size of other MCSG maps).

I've already tried SinglePlayerCommands and it just crashes my Minecraft. (It might be because I installed it wrong, but I'm not sure.) Also tried MCEdit.

So if anyone has ideas please respond.

Well, without WE then I really don't know how... I guess you could make one manually... But really, figure out a way to get World Edit and do the //hsphere command

Be sure to be standing where you want the very middle of the map to be!

I've actually attempted doing that when I first tried making a MCSG map. I wasn't allowed to get mods, my mom didn't trust me. I can get mods now though.
