How do I make an official clan?

im new to mcsg and wants to make an mcsg clan Ibut doesn't know how to officially make one

Any clan you make becomes an official one! The key to making an appealing thread to gain members, is to have a nice logo (appearance sadly matters), acceptable requirements, a teamspeak ready and set, and a set way of organizing your roster.
