How can I transfer my diamond donor from my alt to my main help?

I think that donor transfers are not allowed, so i think that you can't have the donor in your main acount. Anyway , as Matt said you can e-mail [email protected] , for more information.

As far as I'm aware, MCGamer does not allow ranks to be transferred anymore. I'm not 100% sure, so I'll leave this thread open until someone can confirm this/resolve this issue.

100% sure you can't transfer a rank anymore, because some players abused of this in the past.

If you are requesting a rank transfer, then we will not be able to help you unfortunately. We do not support rank transfers anymore since it was abused in the past.

If you have bought the donor for your alt but you haven't received it yet in-game, please wait 24 hours since it may take some time for the rank to come through. However, if you still haven't received it after a span of 24 hours, you'll need to contact our support team ([email protected]) with all your account and purchase details, e.g. your Minecraft IGN and the receipt of the purchase. Do note that it can take up to 5-7 days to receive a response, so please be patient.
