If you haven’t received your perk after 24 hours, please contact [email protected] explaining your issue to them and showing the receipt of buying that perk.
They should respond to you within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

I also want to add that if you bought donor prior to the stats reset being a perk of Platinum, you will not receive your stats resets tokens.
