Help !!

Hello guys so i have been banned from the MCSG server PERMINTLY. I understand why and things not going into detail but i just want to say IT WAS NOT MY FAULT ! The only thing im annoyed about is i got NO warning just a permanent ban i find this extreamly annoying ! I have done a Ban thingy to try and get unbanned but no luck ! So my qustion is well i have 2. Why did i get banned with NO warning !!!!!!! and 2 I changed my name on minecraft to something else now. But i want to create a new minecraft account with my old name but it wont let me this is extreamly annoying as i am a YouTuber so do need the name.
Now i know you guys are just gonna say "Well you shouldnt of got yourself banned in the first place" It was NOT me that got my account banned ! Is there anyway i can get around this Name thing Guys ??

• When you change your Minecraft account name the username that you previously had is not available until 30 days after you changing your name.
• If you have changed your name to something that is appropriate for our network or you feel as though your ban was unjust please make a ban dispute here.
