If you wish to receive your platinum donor rank on our teamspeak server (ts.mcgamer.net), then please poke one of the moderators regarding the rank, follow their instructions and they will be more than glad to give it to you.
If you have not received the rank on your forum account yet, then please send an email to [email protected] and make sure to include your Minecraft IGN, a link to your forum profile page and if possible, the receipt of your donor purchase.
