Can some one clear this up. for some people there Letters like XKMB in front of there usernames for some peoples computers, is it a texture pack because for me its not

Can't tell if this is a troll or not, but that is a mod feature that mods get, I think that it's something with Xime, but I really don't know.

The XKMB letters are for Mods only for their moderating purposes.
