Recently, one of my friends was hacking on another server, and I got him banned. He got pretty mad, and wants revenge. He says he's gonna get me banned on MCSG, but I said I didn't hack or do anything like that. Then he said: "I have my ways." What should I do? Please don't ban me.

Make sure he doesn't know the password to your Account or E-mail address, just to be one the safe side, change both of them.
Now, I'd suggest you to read the rules to make sure he is not going to provoke you into saying something that can get you banned, you can find the rules here :

Exactly as Molotov said, change your password so he can't hack into your account. Make sure you know what the rules are so he doesn't trick you into saying something that will get you banned. If you know him IRL, I suggest you talk to him about it
