My stats have gone how come ? I got a 24 hour ban but its my first with no warning and I can't rank up now ... help me please

yes my ban has expired about an hour ago roughly and it says my rank is 0 ...

The leaderboards update every once and a while (no idea when) and for the time being, either dont play or continue to play without being ranked up more.. If it persists email [email protected] with your situation.
