Hey Moderators I was 1 day ago Donor Diamond and 10 hours ago I bought Upgrade. With platinum play.
And Now I am not Donor Platinum

Please make sure the video is set to public so others can see it. Currently it is set to private.

Once you set the video to public I am sure the moderators will correct the issue. Sometimes it may take a while for a rank to fully show up in-game so be patient and have faith that if there is an issue that it will be fixed.
