Have you issued the command /upgrades or /upgrades 1 in-game? If not, go on now and do so, and hopefully you will see waiting upgrades. If not, wait at least 24 hours after your purchase, and if you still don't have it, email [email protected], explaining your situation and preferably proof of purchase. Best of luck!
