Having troubles uploading new picture to my MCSG forum account

Hello people of MCSG!
I have been having trouble uploading a new profile picture to my account.
I am not getting any errors when I upload it and it does say that its been updated but for some reason it just doesn't change. Is there a way I can fix this? I really want to change my forum picture mostly because its my old minecraft skin from a year ago. I can't even click the update skin option, it doesn't give me any errors it just decides to say it was updated successfully and than not actually update.
Please comment if you know a way to fix this issue.
