Halloween sale for quantum!

I just wanted to know if the Halloween sale works with Quantum ranks because if so, well I will buy it!

I'm pretty sure that the discount doesn't count towards the Quantum rank ( On the Quantum page the prices also remained the same).

I confirmed it with upper staff and I can tell you that the Halloween sale does not affect the Quantum Donor price. However, since you get a 25% discount on the other lifetime ranks (Diamond and Platinum), please do not hesitate to buy one if you wish to do so!
