Gravatar question

Hey everyone. I want to update my avatar using Gravatar of course, since that is the only current possible way to do so. I was just wondering, if I sign up for Gravatar, do I chose which websites I want my avatar to go on, or does it automatically go to every website that I have the same email on?

Thanks for any help you can give me. Also, mods feel free to lock this thread when the question has been answered.

It won't go onto every website you have your email on, only the ones you want, and you will have to go onto the website and enable your gravatar there.
