Alright.
A few hours ago I made the biggest mistake of my life.
I tried overclocking my Nvidia GeForce GTX 650.
And after that, it stopped working. I actually did some INTENSE research and now, I'll have to buy a new one.
I'm not that mad, because I've had this GPU for a while now, and yeah.
I might even buy an AMD card, I've heard those are more reliable.
But anyways, please give me some suggestions!
Here are my PC Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel Core i7 3550 something
16GB RAM

P.S: Yes, my I have updated my graphics card drivers, didn't really help.

how much did you over clock it by
have you reverted any changes made like overclocking
what happens when you boot your computer up
and how many more mhz did you add to the base clock you should either got in 5 mhz or 10mhz increments then run a gpu hungry test to check for no artifacting
if this doesnt work you may have fried your gpus memory or the core itself or you could of just misconfigurated something

In my experience, you should take it to a repair shop, I don´t recommend you to buy a new one!

Take it to your local repair shop, it is probably cheaper than buying a new one and maybe they could even overclock it for you.

Like many others have said, unless you have the funds and wish to get an upgrade, try taking it to your local repair shop and see what they think, and can hopefully fix it.

If you wish to upgrade, try the GTX780 or similar. It is very powerful GPU, and should last you for another few years.

Best of luck!

Thanks!
I'll probably get the GTX 780.

As stated prior it is in your best interest to take it to a nearby repair store as they are usually the most knowledgeable in such situations.

I will attempt to privately linking you a graphics card which would be adaptable in your situation if you cannot fix the one in which you already have. I hope everything will turn out alright.

Alright. I'll take it to a repair shop.
Hopefully they fix these issues.
