Glitch with Donor purchase

So, lately I've benn considering buying diamond donor within your server to reset my stats. I currently have a 1/10.5, which is pretty bad. But donz worry, Look im gud now:http://www.mcgamer.net/stats/mcsg/?type=daily&action=view&year=2016&ord=30&page=5

Regardless, I've been running into an error preventing me from buying it. after i put all my information in, It shows "Authentication error" and it prevents me from buying it and resets my info. This happens every time I attempt to buy it. However I've noticed something. Whenever my mom or dad attempt to Buy ANYTHING using paypal, it happens too. This I think means It has something to do with me, not your services. And i've looked up how to get it to work online, but nothing worked.

Try changing the account password, also beware of viruses, spyware, trojans and others.
