Genesis H44's Issue: Microphone not working.

So I'm having a problem lately with my Genesis H44 Headset. I've had this headset for almost 6 months now (or even more) and this last month, the microphone is not working. Like, when I put the red wire (the microphone one) in the back of the box in the red circle (i am explaining like this as i don't know how to say it in english) (as the front usb gates are broken), it says a device has been plugged to the audio jack (http://prntscr.com/48rttv), in Teamspeak and Skype (and any other app) it's not working. For example, I do begin test in teamspeak, but it's like I have no microphone connected (http://prntscr.com/48rup6). I have the microphone in "ON" but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me? I'm using my crappy webcam microphone ;-;

Could you try out first to plug it in any other device to test if the microphone is actually still working and not just broken?

I tried it, and my microphone didn't work to anything else...

If it's only 6 months old it probably still has warranty, make sure to look into that.
