I'd like to know why perm bans are issued on teamspeak for pathetic things, but bypassing only is issued a 5 day ban.
I'd also like to know why perm IP bans are issued on the minecraft server for bypassing.
Also, I don't see why moderators can get away with things they are guilty of because of their rank.

They do not ban by banning, if you are punished in a server or teamspeak is because you have done something wrong. If a moderator does something that is not correct, please record it or make photo and put it in the forums.

We only perm ban on TS for serious offenses such as threats to DDoS, threats to SWAT, giving out personal information, and sharing malicious links such as IP loggers. I'd have to disagree with your statement that these are "pathetic things".

Bypassing a ban on TS is meant to result in the same punishment time as your original account. This is not always five days.

We do not issue IP bans on our Minecraft server.

Moderators do not get away with anything simply "because of their rank". They're actually held to a higher standard then others. As people have stated, if you see a moderator violating a rule or policy, please report it to any Sr. Moderator.
