What stage of the game: Lobby (just as the game is meant to start)
Approximately how many tributes and spectators: around 20
Summary: After a long game which ended up with teleport for the deathmatch we were about to start another until the server did not teleport anyone and stuck everybody in place just like we were starting a new game on the half steps.
I doubt we would be able to reproduce it, There was no counter for the game to start, we fixed it by leaving the game (going below the minimum players to start a game I think)
Edit: Here's a Screenshot of when it happened, note that we have been given our tribute numbers we were all number 0 but a couple actually had numbers above 0
