Solution:

Join a clan.


In all seriousness, it's part of the game. It's like to careers-- a large, usually overpowered team. It's all for fun, honestly, and many people would be upset to have to limit their roster, or be kicked from a clan to fit the size.

It is also, not to mention, nearly impossible to recruit an entire clan onto one server, plus, other people would be in the mix.

If you see a game with a huge clan, leave. If a huge clan kills you, join another game, and redeem yourself.

All in all, I really don't think this should be added, sorry.
