Frequently Asked Questions?

I was wondering if a Frequently Asked Questions section could be added to the forums. I figured it could be used for people to more easily figure out how to donate, where and how to post a hacker ect. To someone who just logged onto the website for the first time it might seem a little confusing. There could also be a section explaining how to log onto the servers and such in order to make everything easier and create a better experience for everyone <3
