(Free) Video recording software for Macs

Hey, I was simply wondering what software people tend to use on Mac computers, as I am kind of getting fed up with the Quicktime Screen Recording option (so much lag). Good candidates should be virtually lag free, and free. I also cannot deal with a watermark or advertisement on a video, and limits on time are also bad. If there is such a magical recorder, please post your suggestions below.

Anything is better than getting the nearest person/cat in my house to hold the iPhone steady on my computer.

I got it and played around abit but it didnt really work for me :S it was hard to figure ut when it was recording or not and then after it took forever to add a watermark

Maybe Bandicam, or Fraps?
If they work on Mac.
I use Fraps. Although it makes a few video files I just put them together in a movie maker.

Best screen recorder for mac:

Open Quicktime, click on "file", then click on "new screen recording".

Easy peasy!
