Fix SG1 pirate cove

Did you guys use the old SG1 map for MCSGV2? Because the pirate ship in the cave has 6 tier 2 double chests again, making it 'worth' more than the corn, which has just 8 single tier 2's. I ran to the cove at the start of the game and no one followed me. This was what I got:



I also stayed there for refill. 2x6 = 12 tier 2's, that's better than the corn. A team of 3 ended up looting the corn and gearing up, but I had ~7 flint and steels so it was quite easy to kill them.

Anyway, I assume you just used an old map file, rather than the updated version with the 3 chests in the back.

Tier 2 chests are randomized, but it's still incredibly OP (as well as the iron sword dispenser and casino, both of which are no longer nerfed).

What do you mean 'randomized'? When you type /help, I noticed there was an /addchest command which had a 'chance' parameter. I guessed that was for setting a chance that a chest would be the given tier, eg a 50% chance the chest would be tier 2, otherwise it'd be tier 1.

However, every chest I have checked multiple times has been the same tier every time. Those 6 chests under there? I checked them 3 times over multiple games, and everytime all of them were tier 2. For the sake of simplicity, let's assume that they are set to a 50% chance to be tier 2. The chances of all six of them being tier 2 all three times is (((1/2)^6)^3) = 0.00000381469, or 0.000381469%. Or in other words, no, probably not randomized.

Having looted the pirate ship myself, I have only found 3 tier 2 chests there, so it must be randomized (unless, of course, they have a different setup for each region's chests, though that doesn't make much sense to me).

Well, that's how it was before. I played sg4 a couple of times on the CA servers when EU was down, and not all EU-tier 2's where tier 2 on there and vice versa.

Regardless. Whether it's random or not. Nerf that crap!

there are only 4 chests in sg2 corn....why? :(
havent played a single game of sg1 yet, im too busy playing sg4 and breeze again ;)

We "reset the maps" but forgot to nerf some of the original maps. We will be lessening the OP on tier 2 but really its the same as the old plugin. Everything will be fixed. Give it time.
