Ive been hearing this from ppl but i would like to get a solid answer. Will there be rule change so that mods can be in clans?

These customs are really getting on my nerves. Will you any day make sure that maps are even and fair? Because all I've been seeing on my list is ;
US16 Valleyside University
US17 Valleyside University
And so on. Maybe some other overplayed maps, but I haven't seen a single classic besides SG4 and SG3 on 120 in a month.
