Error server: Connection lost, ReadTimeoutException : null.

There are 3 things that could be the result of this problem.
1. The server is full
2. You ping to the server is to large
3. The console just kicked you

Try:
1. Restarting your Minecraft
2. Connecting to a different server
3. Rebooting your router
