Enchanted Bow Pulling-Back Lag

Are people still having this issue? By this issue I mean experiencing FPS drops when you pull back an enchanted bow. This only happens when I use Forge, if you don't use Forge, then you won't get that problem, but with Forge, whenever I have my hand without an enchanted item, I get 120, with an enchanted item, 80, while pulling the bow back, 40 and with no precision with the mouse movement.

I've never enchanted a bow, ever, on MCSG but I do know there is some delay between arrow shots, sometimes arrows don't even fire.

If it is an issue with forge, I suggest you reporting it to the Forge Bugs page (http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php?board=15.0). Also; if it is only happening on MC Gamer, report it as a bug on our bug tracker (https://github.com/MCGamerNetwork/Issues)
