"Elite" Rank

Any Mcsg player with over 130 wins should be given the rank "Elite" so they can get recognized for having a good amount of wins. It could be an achievement like for the "1000 point bounty" achievement. In a game the player would have the "Elite" tag before their name.

Maybe a little more than 130. Maybe like 500, I think a rank like that would need to be decently exclusive. I do like the idea though.

No way. This will cause people to get really competitive, and it would give noobs a reason to target the Elites. Which would be completely awful. Ranks such as these have been suggested many times before, and have always been denied in the end for that reason.

2nd. 130 wins is waaaaaay to less for an "Elite" Rank...
If you had more than 500 it would be ok (as RC_4777 said )
3rd. People with stonesword at Corn would think "OMG I need to kill this Elite Guy omg omg...."
