hey i got an alt account with the ign ScrimAccount (i know its god like) but i got my diamond donor on Jccandfriends within 10 minutes but its been 2 hours and still nothing for this one

I know there is a place you can email if it doesn't come, I'm just too lazy to actually look for it.
