Donor transfer?

So for a while now, I've had platinum.

I got a new account, because my platinum account, (this account) is inaccessible. I don't know the password, and for some reason, mojang won't send me emails. It would be much appreciated if you could switch the platinum over to my new account.

The only way to have a chance of this happening is by emailing the support email. ([email protected])
Make sure to include evidence of purchase etc to make it easier.
