Donor Rank Switch Up

Hello MCSG i would like to inform you i have lost my Diamond Donor Rank, I was trying to buy Gold Donor for my other account "CherryMafia" but instead the transaction went through to my other account "Hey1tsAsh" that had Diamond Donor, I dont know what to do now.

this is a glitch, just email at; [email protected] . if you can, send them your paypal receipt to confirm you bought your diamond donor or any proof you did have diamond donor and send them your in game name.

Like these guys said, a mail to: [email protected] will fix your problem, just add as many info and evidence to the mail as possible and all will be fine. This applies to any donor problems in general.
