If you have not received your donor rank, whether it be in-game or on the website, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Make sure to include your Minecraft IGN, a link to your forum profile page (if it's in regards to a website donor) and if still possible, also the receipt of your purchase. The support team can then look into the situation further as they have access to all transaction details.
