If i donate will i be able to join full games in the lobby and kick another person out? like will i be able to join full games that are in lobby by booting someone out?

so when the server restarts and everybody rushes in and i dont get a spot it would kick someone out and free a slot for me? so then i can play and not have to look for servers.

also with paypal could i just get a mastercard giftcard and use that istead of making a paypal account?
